Ever hear of a reverse split? CFGX certainly has. They have done two of them in the past. And I am sure there were lots of shareholders who said the exact thing you did right before the last 1-1000 reverse split which wiped them out. Not to mention that it didn't matter in the end, as the stock again hit no-bid.
A stock can always go lower.
