Well, most think it will open, just would love details on who owns it, will this store actually provide UPZS income, etc. Or is this a Model store that pays nothing but will be used to sell franchises? If half owned by UPZS as implied at times, How did they acquire 50% interest with no expenditures. Surely the Name "Unique"at this point has no real value in a name. You could have used any name really.

I guess as shareholders, clarity on how the brewhouse will financially benefit Unique has never been answered.

* Will a franchise fee of 100K be paid to Unique?
* Will the Brewhouse pay monthly Royalties?
* Is UPZS a 50% partner and none of the above matters?
* If UPZS is a 50% partner, how did they acquire a 50% ownership

Seems this should be something that we don't guess about
