InMed is a Canadian Company and trades on the Canadian TSX Exchange under the symbol IN. The Canadian exchange shows 57,809,524 shares issued and outstanding with another 530,952 shares reserved for issuance. Meanwhile the OTCQB shows 69,216,217 shares outstanding in the US. I don't know whether they are structured as ADS shares or if these are additional shares for the US market. I assume the latter since there are more US shares than Canadian shares. It also shows Authorized Shares as "unlimited" which I interpret to mean that there is no equivalent to authorized shares on the Canadian exchange. To my knowledge, there are no figures available for float.
