I think what he means is if the stock ever begins trading, all hell will break loose when investors believing they were on to something good realize how they have been scammed. There will be civil suits and complaints to the SEC aplenty - that is what he means, in my opinion, when it was quoted all hell will break loose.

I doubt very much whether this will begin trading once again. First there has to be a court date allocated which will give rise to a pump and dump taking place again which might just provide the incentive to see this listed once again. It is laughable to see investors continue to support the efforts of an obvious scheme and support those behind it. Jonestown all over again, but this time economic suicide.
