This was from like 10 years ago. Garland Harris is the one who basically took Unique public via a reverse merger. After that there were lots of SEC issues with UPZS and Garland Harris. If I recall correctly the "Dream Factory" was to help Hispanic people open Unique Pizza shops.
Kevin opened a Unique Pizza, pretty sure never paid a franchise fee or any royalties, used the Unique name anyway then went out of business shortly down the road. Haven't heard about him the for 8 or 9 years or so till the past year and a half when the same scenario is playing out again.
