Hopefully cccl will deliver, and I get to tank more shares before the potential rise.

If they announce a dividend then you won't be able to get the shares cheap anymore. Not trying to push you or anything but the market is not that stupid. You can still get it cheap in many cases but not if they announce a dividend IMO.

We just have to ask ourselves what are the odds and when will we get it. I think there's a 90% probability that they already have the money or will have the money soon. They still need to pull the trigger and it has to be substantial. Something like a dollar.

I think both companies are relatively safe but I am more comfortable with HERB for some reason. Perhaps because it's owned by the government. CCCL needs to collect and I wouldn't be surprised if these guys hit us with some bad news in a press release. It's what they do for a living. LOL. Although the stock should still go up if they can't collect all of the A/R. The glass will be half full instead of half empty in that case, IMO.

I think people need to read this very carefully, from the 6-k. I would have written it down exactly like this (3 months ago). You can't make any promises and then not deliver, like SIAF does.

Dividend Policy for Fiscal 2016

Our Board of Directors has not yet made a determination as to the Company’s dividend policy for fiscal year 2016. However, there are concerns of a continued slowdown in China’s economy as well as China’s real estate sector which would negatively impact the building materials industry. Further, we believe that it is likely that difficult market conditions in our business sector will prevail for the rest of the year. Therefore, while the Board of Directors will engage in additional deliberations in the future as to our dividend policy, it is unlikely that the Company will pay a dividend to shareholders in fiscal year 2016.
