I don't have a contact on the BOD and, even if I did, nothing is going to remove Traber from the CEO role, that die is cast.

He did send me an actual email after the first one:

The NASH-FX trial was worth doing because of the Phase 1 results. However, we never presented it as important or impactful as the NASH-CX trial. The resources expended on the NASH-FX trial were small and the impact of a positive study would likely have been large--the key opinion leader who was the PI of the study felt strongly that it was worth doing. I cannot unpack all of the issues that you raise, but it remains important to complete the NASH-CX trial for all the reasons in the Perspective.

I think this is revisionist history but it really doesn't matter-if the CX trial works the company will be worth billions, if it fails it is worth $0, and nothing done so far can predict that outcome, to me it is a complete crapshoot.
