If only 2% are on the ask then the other 98% have either forgotten about their shares or that UVSE even exists (albeit barely) . Am I right? I don't mean to be a pessimist but it's been 7 years for me. I really, really want for the major players to return most of their shares. That coupled with a reverse merger are the only chances we have.
