Nope not at all.
But tnen I am a realist.
I don't look at a RS and call it a divi. I don't expect any pinky to utilize a RS in the proper manner.
The only reason a pinky does a RS is because the management has diluted the shareholders to nothing. They cant make any money without dilution so they need to do a share reduction so they can dilute

That is the whole reason we are here.
IGEX scammed its holders and used the dilution to pay excessive management fees etc. The company ruined its reputation and the CEO is now known as a scammer.
It can not continue. Its better to get out and let a new guy with a story run the ship.

The question being.... What did we give the IGEX management to walk away from a reporting pinky shell?

We didn't get told that. We got told we sold the asset to IGEX.
In return we get the divi which gives us ownership.
but what did the shell cost?

How many shares did we have to give the management of IGEX for their clean shell?
Its worth at least a few hundred thousand bucks.

Could it be that the IGEX CEO was paid in SRSR shares? Or maybe shares in the new ticker?

As it is the insiders of IGEX own more than half the OS. That means that if longs are right IGEX shareholders are screwed then the insiders screwed themselves. Right?

What could motivate a P&D crew to abandon their cash cow and screw themselves over?

Nothing.

They are going to get their "losses" back the same way Scott paid the last SRSR CEO when he took over.
Make sure they have a lot of shares to dump when the pump begins.

Lots of things going on behind the scenes. Both good and bad.

People would be wise to look into the actual facts and not just buy because the cheapies are being declared again
