Houston, TX - Due to current financial difficulties and the lack of continued investment, Dovarri management and the board of directors have determined that the best course of action for the business is to close its doors. We are no longer seeking additional investment in the company and have no cash resources or assets to continue as a going concern. The business is effectively closed as of this notification.
