Crapstone once again screws the small investor and manages to sell share and dilute using whoever is willing to buy shares at a give away price. Those shares will get dumped quickly but how will they even get their 1.20 back? They would be better served reneging on the deal and buying at the open market at this point.
Think Pink and you will be safe. Not even worth trading until it settles to some new level which will probably be be below $1. Gee does that mean yet another R/S? If this management team stays in place? Yes, they will. No way to get them out now, the larger stock holders all are making money off of this sham and continue to vote them back in and give them raises and bonus's. The "board" is obviously rigged and part of the scam.
Time to hit the bomb shelters here and hide and watch this Payton place of stocks.
