Where will this run come from without news? My opinion is, until they close on the ASGE deal it will remain sluggish. When/if they try to go NASDQ and then the public offering to raise cash, then it needs watched closely. That could trigger a number of opportunities or concerns. One being dilution from public offering and second the possibility of yet another reverse split to get it to NASDAQ criteria. Hopefully the merger will result in a share price increase without a reverse split. I'm on the fence with this one. Bought more for dilution of first batch.
