The CV risk reduction patent application was given a status of "Abandonned for Failure to Respond to Office Action". But unlike the Commercial Production patent application there was no additional documents indicating an Examiner Initiated Interview Summary.

We will have to keep monitoring this but it does look likel info may be being held back.

Why pay the fee if their is no intent to submit info. Would the next submission implicate a partnership? Where did the Breast Cancer reduction claim and supportive info come from?
