Technically badly damaged ! Broke down from the 2nd base. The 1st base has good support at about $1.00. In any case, even after a snapback it can't go anywhere.

While I expected issuance of shares, I never imagined they'd give them away at such a discount from such a low price. Tells me, they didn't try or couldn't get a better price/deal which speaks volumns about how the market sees this company. DJ sold the company at a fire sale so he believes , despite all his rhetoric, it ain't worth much.
The market sold with abandon today. A reflection of what they think too.
