Obviously you are missing the FACT that some have sold millions of shares from $5.00 to .05

That is nothing more than opinion...

There has been plenty of "selling" to be sure...how much has been naked short selling...how much is real...is anyone's guess...

Unless of course...someone is attempting to sell that naked short selling isn't real...and doesn't occur...and couldn't possibly occur with PTOI. What is more believable...really!

This we know...retail isn't selling...and there is increasing volume and an increasing share price... with news on the horizon. Make your own determination...and lay down your bets...or not.
