That is 100% correct. And as long as an investor is sure that every share diluted is returning more than a shares worth of asset value the pps will be in an uptrend.

This wont happen at first. The shares sold will be used to finance the company so the dilution pressure either needs to be equalized with forward looking statements or the pps will drop until something is completed.

As long as Dan lives up to his forward looking statements the market will begin trusting him and his statements will be taken as less of a pump.

For now the market remembers Scott and Dans failed forward looking statements.

I hope he can do it. I would like to go long on a penny mining stock. Its just too hard to find one worthy of a long term investment
