Just because the financial filings have been delayed, doesn't mean you can go assuming things and stating them as a proven fact.

However, one should believe Microcrap scam PRs? There's a reason why registered stocks are required to file 8Ks for material events - it's called accountability to the market.

Where in the PR did DDCC state even the name of the mining company acquired? Tonnage shipped in the past year? Gold eq ounces shipped the past year? Revenues and net profit for the mining company the past year? The amount DDCC paid for this controlling interest? Where did DDCC get the funding for this acquisition?

These are all details which would be required in an 8K. The SEC would insist on this information. Jerry and his clowns have boxed themselves in. This is why the DDCC scam will never file again with the SEC. If Jerry, and Lopez want to self-hang their selves in front of the regulatory agencies, then they should try filing an 8K to explain their recent Mexican mine nonsense. The SEC has been notified of this scam. As of today so has FINRA.

However a Microcrap scam can leave out whatever it wishes in a PR. Including all details they would have to put into an 8K. Then it's just a matter of how long this scam can continue.

Mo money for us DDCC longs

Ya better get it fast before the doo doo hits the fan. And since the Mexican mine scam angle was announced on 05-Oct, this is what the stock has been doing:

10/18/2016 0.0095 50,000*
10/17/2016 0.00946 157,824
10/14/2016 0.009 220,000
10/13/2016 0.0096 265,308
10/12/2016 0.0099 28,500
10/11/2016 0.0084 1,098,769
10/10/2016 0.01 0
10/07/2016 0.01 0
10/06/2016 0.01 861,743
10/05/2016 0.01 2,341,930

Ya butter hope Rule 144 didn't get violated on 05-Oct by the Jerry gang. That would be making it too easy for the regulatory authorities.
