New Normal Has Been Around for Years!

Gross came up with the new normal aka slower growth five years ago. Good Fisher and the others on the FOMC are getting up to speed.

The real question is:

Will the going forward new normal be a deflationary, fall like, NN as has been the case for the past couple of years,

or...

Going forward and inflationary, summer like, stagflation NN.

And the answer is:

As the compass is pointing today, it's pointing to stagflation.
