Third time this has been re-posted since August 10! Wow, NOTHING has changed, no new information other than in the interim, OCLN reported significant stock dilution, increased debt, more dangerous Convertibles and not a shred of new business that could provide revenue. It seems to me that the need to keep re-posting these old pieces of fluff only reinforces the fact that the company is nothing more than a Pump-and-Dump.
