LMAO. That's hardly proof of any implosion. Several companies have left the market. Their customer have to find new policies. That's unfortunate but this happened regularly under the old system as well. If a carrier finds they can't be profitable in a certain state due to competition offering lower premiums or not having a healthy enough pool of customers, they leave. It's called a free market. Thought you were in favor of that.
