imo..MGT has proven to be less than honest with shareholders in the past, and getting funding for a 3 cent stock is not going to happen.

my guess is hey let's run it up and do on last MONGO dump on the shareholders. Gerald's CC may be maxed out???

Deals aren't flocking to Magna anymore, so they got to squeeze every drop of blood like a good sand salesman.
