OTC penny stocks are created for the most part for the purpose of paying the CEO and its officers/directors ridiculous salaries/bonuses, and to give them paid vacation, premium health care, and stock incentives plans. For instance, Ms. Yarde can convert any unpaid compensation to Company stock at a 50% discount to the then market price, in the form of unregistered securities. As of June 30, 2016, unpaid compensation under only Yarde's agreement totaled $140,000.
