Markman and total number of common shares

The Markman hearing press release was issued on June 29, 2015.

At that time there were around 112 million shares.
Form 10Q for quarter ending June 30, 2015

As of August 13, 2015, 112,966,637 shares of the Issuer's Common Stock were outstanding.

Now there are at least 210 million shares.
Form 10Q for quarter ending June 30, 2016

As of August 8, 2016, 210,156,148 shares of the Issuer's Common Stock were outstanding.

If the stock was not able to rise that much with 100 million shares less back then, wouldn't all the extra shares cause problems with the stock price rising?
