gonna be hard to replace Randall when he bought 250,000 shares of class "b" shares with voting rights at a 5:1 forward split and each share is 1000 votes =250 million votes and there is only a total of about 50 million outstanding and the other 60% of the company is insiders. Randall has a 10% ownership from the get-go and another 10% in green energy systems .plus at least 15million other shares . plus how much is he getting in all these other deals wihin the company . this is just what I found in 10Q"S
The voting shares are so He can call a "quoram" as required by law. but a "quoram of 1??" for 3 years , that gives him total control for 3 years no questions asked.
