ah….that is because the two - three bids were not beneficial to the stockholders. They were rejected by SRSR because they did not give the shareholders any potential or not enough future value.

Yes. there were other offers. Yes, they were bad offers and rejected.

Facts are stubborn things. Posters here need to investigate, contact SRSR, or do more DD in order to get the information right.
