A scam is a scam but reverse splitting was a horrendous idea. The metrics are the same but a company like this deserves a 0 handle. They just put a huge target on this stock. As I said previously its scary to short a sub 1 biotech just because of pump and dump but now at this elevated price that fear subsided quite a bit.
