Can you link to the exhibit and the "signed contract"?
About the only signed exhibit to be found is the patent reassignment form, where DDCC gave back ownership of the patent to Lopez for...FREE!
Apparently DDCC "marketing" a license for a Lopez owned patent is more profitable than DDCC owning, and licensing the patent. LOL
As for a "signed contract" for gold shipments, don't need no damn contract. After all SH's already know: Some undisclosed S. American network of miners is going to give DDCC their gold for ... FREE! Or if that is already in the vapors, then the recently acquired imaginary Mexican mine (for FREE!) will supply the gold. And DDCC is going to sell it to some phantom Korean buyer, with 100% implied margin. And don't worry about the missing Jul shipment on the Ghost ship. In case ya haven't heard by helping Lopez license his patent, DDCC is going to run bulk shippers out of the market, and will one day have a fleet of Ghost ships. Or sumpthin like that. The spin of the recent promos has fast and sort of dizzy.
