No - It really is just a tax strategy and timing which mainly depends on the individual . I knew a little about it but heard it on this board then I spoke to my accountant to get advice . I suggest you do the same since there are tax advantages and disadvantages . But, it is all for nothing if this price does not get above the price of a big gulp !
