Unfortunately there is no timeframe template for the SEC to suspend and revoke the registrations of delinquent filers. There should be.

From my observations of thousands of suspended stocks delinquent filers are at extreme risk of a suspension and subsequent revocation after one year of delinquencies. Although a stock may slip under the SEC's radar for longer than a year it is risky for investors to hope that their stock won't be eventually suspended and have their registration(s) revoked.

Once the stock has been nailed in a suspension specifically for Financials delinquencies it is too late to remedy the delinquencies. In 100 % of all suspensions for Financials delinquencies ALL stock registrations were revoked....so the gambit of owning a delinquent filer stock is a huge gamble.

To bite the worm of incite is to bite the HOOK of the antagonist . They win .
