Sorry you have it ALL backwards.

1st... Credo Ventures LLC/Kevin Serrano put the name Unique Pizza Tap House/unique pizza brewhouse on HIS drinking establishment.

2nd...Then upzs puts it on their website (means NOTHING) that kevin's tap house is now owned by upzs.

Upzs never showed ANY proof of ownership of said tap house.
Upzs never showed ANY proof of getting Franchise Fee $100,000.

IMO, what upzs did is like "John Doe" making a web site
(like upzs did) then saying they now own dunkin donuts.

That's what upzs did and IMO that's STEALING .

Also, upzs's Stock symbol was NOT used in this post:

looking closely its not "unique pizza and subs" which is upzs's stock symbol, but in fact the symbol you point out to be upzs's symbol is really (KEVIN'S tap house symbol which is unique pizza tap house, as seen here:

If all upzs shows as proof of ownership of (KEVIN'S) tap house , then I can do the same thing and own the world and not pay anything but not get paid anything just as upzs will never get paid a dime from (KEVIN'S) tap house.

A Franchise agreement means NOTHING without getting paid for it.
