Preferred Shares are 15,000,010 which convert to 100,000 common shares for each Preferred Share.

If all Preferred Shares were converted there would be 1,500,001,000,000 common shares. That's One Trillion, 500 billion common shares.

Obviously with only 6 billion Authorized Shares the Preferred Shares guarantees another HUGE reverse split as all Preferred holders will want their piece of the pie at the pig trough.

FORM 3 for Charles David Pugh gifts him 50 million common shares and 38,014 Preferred Shares which convert to 3,801,400,000 common shares. Nice gig....all for free.
