You might want to rethink this - as you pointed out on page 7: "During the period ended June 30, 2016, the Company issued 849,250,000 shares in connection with conversion of debt
in the aggregate amount of $324,790.00"
SMAA doesn't have enough shares in their A/S to cover the conversion of $8 million in debt.
At the above conversion rate it would be 21 Billion shares.
