unfortunately, they've failed miserably to obtain "any financing" whatsoever

except toxic death spirals, under which they put up the entire IP as collateral

and they expected those same toxic lenders to be "gentlemen"

so far, their financial wisdom has caused them to loose the entire company to Magna

John will be fine, just like he did at AMBS, he'll sleep thru the remainder of his retirement years

Gerald on the other hand.....

its simple really

Gerald needs to find someone with a min. $16-Mil. to take out the defaults

and yet salvage some form of remnant ownership % in his beloved AMBS

no one knows who or if anyone at all would be interested though, under todays dire circumstances

as they would most assuredly have to deal with Josh Sason directly
