He should be treated as any other employee....CEO's are treated as any other employee is as well. They may make a million dollars an hour, but in the eye of the government and everyone else, he makes an hourly amount equivalent to working 8 hours a day 5 days a week regardless of if he works 12 or 24 hrs a day and 7 days week. You can't look at it in terms of him working more than 8 hours a day and more than 5 days a week. You have to be consistent on the terms you are comparing against. I work way more than 40 hours a week, but to anyone else I'm earning X amount/ hour based on 40 hours a week regardless of the "extra" hours I must put in to do my job.
