Really? Groundbreaking? Are you kidding? You should look up "Reverse Osmosis" - it's not new, it's not groundbreaking and it is damned expensive. The other EWS equipment that OOIL/OCLN made is incredibly expensive and using metallic salts and electricity to poison and separate out organics is not new or groundbreaking. To try and get rid of the ions, they had to use RO, making it doubly expensive! Besides, they have had the EWS machines for years and no one wants them. Go Figure!
