Were there any takers on that offer??? Or was that just another of the litany of OOIL/OCLN pump-and-dump hype that has been going on for years. It would really be useful to know how there could be any takers of such an offer as OCLN "ONLY" licenses technology (they do not do any work)! Therefore, how are they supposed to fulfill such an offer? Oh well, another hollow, void filled offer from OCLN!
