Making gains...I failed to remember the below.never the less when it didn't come out this am the begining of the drop was a great signal to pull out of such a strong up run and wait till now believe this is oversold enough time to go back in... believe this game will go on till Friday Monday ether a good pop or significant drop depending on news.... if no news & no inside purchases to shore up confidence then shorts will play there game till 8k comes


At a telephonic status conference held on September 23, 2016, the parties informed the Court that they had reached a settlement in principle. The Court instructed the parties to file a formal letter referencing this settlement in principle not later than September 29, 2016 and informed them that, if none were filed, the Court would request a update from the parties. The parties have not filed anything on the docket since the status conference; accordingly, the Court hereby requests that the parties notify it of the status not later than Thursday, October 20, 2016. If no letter is filed by that date, the Court will assume the matter has been settled and will dismiss the case.
