The problem is, Finra rejected the 1 for 150 reverse split because of the unaudited 10k, and Robert Stevens will not do anything with the shell without reverse split.

No more filings will hit. It was only planned to bring the old business back to life and this will not happen if he cannot wipe existing shareholders out.

He said there is a case against Finra. I cannot find this case.
They want that the SEC decides, but very unlikely that he wins against Finra.

He said also he doesn´t want to be involved in any manipulation and will delist the stock if he cannot split the stock.
This doesn´t make sense, because he splits every stock to manipulate it.

My opinion, this person is a complete loser. He cannot do anything without wiping 99% of the existing shareholders out.

Maybe someday another hijacker takes over. With Robert and without reverse split, he will not do anything with the shell.

He also said, no one should buy his stocks.
