Yeah. One should be very careful about those VIE's. Especially the ones that are not in a restricted sector. It's a rip-off by design in many cases.

And the market really can't tell the difference between companies that have a VIE and those that don't. It sure as hell can't tell the difference between a CEO with majority control and a government owned enterprise like HERB. Let's just hope I picked the right ones.
