Exactly, the same conversation! For years!

COTE: "Here it comes, buy diluted shares!"

INVESTOR: "Wait, nothing happened? Why is the transfer agent gagged? Why are they continually enriching themselves with "anti dilution awards"? Did they promise this years ago and now are still using it as a carrot to dilute even more? Why did they pre authorize a reverse split? Help? Why have they never sold a single working unit ever?"
