What is the current catalyst for the stock to move higher, maybe when they are fully reporting the stock could trade near a penny or so. The thing about mergers is usually the stock does not react until after a merger is done. Just a couple years ago this was training at .12 and .13.
I doubt funds can really buy until they are fully reporting and why would a fund buy until after a merger is announced. Maybe Seth could write an article and have your friend disseminate the merger is advance, that is if he still has any influence by then LOL.
