Looks like your friend Meyler is not the innocent nice grandfatherly guy portrayed by you. He screwed up, and then tried to cover it up hoping it will go away. All while billing TAUG more and more, not to mention charging TAUG $25k to certify the accuracy of the 2014 audit. Reissue was Meylers term in the email but was not what was agreed to. In any event, once an auditing firm is found to be not independent they cannot just have another member in the same firm sign off or reissue as some have falsely claimed.
