They are a re-seller otherwise known as a manufacturer's representative.

Instead of Cipherloc employing and managing 1000's of outside salespeople to find customers and sell their solution they hire firms like Praetorian to market the product.

They already have the customer base and relationships in the IT industry.

Hopefully, Cipherloc will have about 25-30 of these manufacturer's reps to cover the US.

Then, expand to the rest of the world.
