I think Kramers are so unreasonable that they will not put down the gun. That said, there's a good chance either way we will see filings near term but not necessarily in the next few weeks with the fiscal year ending in about six weeks. I believe Grods hope was based on a reasonable settlement to have already been reached by the end of this last September.
