Not yet, but when/if he gets a judgment against ISBG and it turns out the company has no assets, seems to me like the next logical step would be to pursue AP's personal assets and/or anything DKTS still owns to collect. Given everything that's happened the past two years, IMO you could make out a pretty good case for piercing the veil, and that's just what we know from public record. I have a feeling what you could uncover in discovery would only add to the case.
