How can the BCSC continue with their stance aligning to Barricks Pascua Lama fraud storyline? We all agree Jorge Lopehandia is involved with (C-1912-2001) keeping the precautionary measure in place and preventing Barrick ownership of Pascua claims. We all agree the Chile Government stepped outside the law and signed an act that included the territories effected by said precautionary measure.

It's being widely reported in Chile that Jorge Lopehandia is enforcing his ownership to Pascua, hence the lawsuit to nullify Barricks Pascua Lama bi-national agreement between Chile and Argentina to which President Lagos was forced to testify.

So how can anyone support what the BCSC is doing? The Ex President of Chile, the Chilean Court and Barricks own testimony under oath recognizes C-1912-2001 which prevents Barrick Gold mining claim to Pascua since 2001.

What more does the BCSC require in order to act on Barricks fraudulent 43-101 in Canada?

What more does anyone following this story need in order for them to act against the BCSC stance ignoring Barricks Fraud?
