It's working... combination of new supplement plan, no sugar, salt or flour , along with exercise. ;)

I believe taking Niagen is what gave me the energy and clarity of mind to focus on getting it done instead of wishing and hoping. ;)

Working on a stand up desks also helps. I rarely pull up the barstool to sit. This allows me to dance while listening to these videos instead of sitting around for long periods. It all seems to add up.
