Jerry Pearring, Chairman and CEO

Before joining Real Brands in 2007, Mr. Pearring served as President of XStream Beverage Network, a public New Age beverage brand-building and Distribution Company in Ft. Lauderdale, FL from 2003 to 2007. Until the beginning of 2003, Mr. Pearring served as SVP of Domestic Business for BEVsystems International, a bottled water manufacturer. From 1996 to 2001, he served as President and CEO of Total Quality Beverage, a natural beverage manufacturer. From 1994 to 1996, Mr. Pearring served as General Manager of Nantucket Nectars of Washington DC and as the National Sales Manager of Soho Beverages from 1992-1994. From 1984-1992, Mr. Pearring was General Manager and owner of Chesapeake Export, from 1981-1984, he served in a Sales and Marketing position with Anheuser-Busch, Inc. He holds an M.B.A. from Marymount University and a B.S. from George Mason University.




Edward Schwartz, President & COO

Mr. Schwartz is the founder and CEO of Sauce Concepts, Inc., a specialty food company that manufactures and markets Sandwich Sauces through retail and specialty stores and foodservice distributors. Real Brands acquired the assets of Sauce Concepts in May 2013 and Mr. Schwartz joined the company as President, Chief Operating Officer and a Director. From 2004- 2011, Mr. Schwartz was the founder and CEO of The Eddie Black Food Group, a food management company operating cafes and catering for corporate clients in South Florida such as Southern Wine and Spirits, DHL, And The Atlantis Hotel Chains. Mr. Schwartz has extensive background in the food industry with over 30 years of experience. As an entrepreneur Ed has started and sold several successful companies. From 1990 -1997 Ed was a consultant to Coca-Cola as an expert in “Branding” and “Non-Traditional” and “Intercept” marketing, a concept that allows national restaurant brands to enter new and emerging markets by using modular merchandising, carts and kiosks and cooking technology
