Hi Rick, are still a holder here? I added some on the slaughter as you rightly call it, the announcement of the raise sent shares down some 20%, the good news is that at the current pps the market cap is approx the invested capital to-date, so if you still believe they will play a role in next-gen devices, it is a buy here, and if they drop this to the .30's then new money will be getting a discount to invested capital spent with full knowledge of all developments to-date for 10 years+
