Hey Keith Wilkerson II... Why have you NOT disclosed to "investors" the terms of the 5 million "financing" from TCA Global Credit Master Fund, LP ???

I know you won't, and if you tried it wouldn't be the truth anyway... Where's those OTCM "disclosure statements"? Well I can tell them why and it will be the truth.

TCA Fund Management Group is pure toxic financing and you MUST know this. Toxic lenders don't give a shit the company they supply this so called capital too succeeding and in fact they expect it to fail. They know you will default on this loan and in return they will convert at a big discount and dump shares into the market as the previous toxic lenders involved with GRLT have done. And those are the FACTS...

You're a conman and a liar. You say you don't "pump" the stock yet you PR a toxic loan as a great new beginning. That in reality is just more of the same ole bullshit that has destroyed previous GRLT investors investments and enriched company insiders.

HOWEVER, we have not wavered, and, for our investors, we have not "pumped" the stock, or shared "visions", but rather applied ourselves to the cause of seeing GRLT, as a phoenix, rise from the ashes.

You say you do not share visions then in the same sentence you say "applied ourselves to the cause of seeing GRLT, as a phoenix, rise from the ashes". Sounds like conman preacher bullshit to me. If your not pumping then why tell folks you are about to present a few press releases? To pump the stock... There needs to be volume to unload shares into, right?

And how are you going to complete filings?? GRLT has been dark for years and is not an SEC filer. Or are you trying to fool investors into thinking that OTCM disclosure statements are "filings"? They mean little and are unaudited. Only naïve investors would take them seriously.

I find it hilarious that you're already saying that if you fail it won't be your "direct fault"... Who's fault would it be???
